Kristin Cavallari said in an interview that her reality television experience with her co-stars on “The Hills” and “Laguna Beach” prepared her for life as the wife of Bears quarterback Jay Cutler.
"They can be very gossipy, just like in entertainment, and so it's probably a good thing that this isn't all new for me," Cavallari told Entertainment Tonight in an interview published Thursday. "You know, it's just par for the course."
She also dished on whether or not she would rather her kids become athletes or stars of reality television.
"God, I would almost rather my kids play football than do reality TV," Cavallari added. "'Laguna Beach' was such a great experience but we were so young. I was a junior in high school and we didn't realize what we were getting into. We were thrown into certain situations that were supposed to push our buttons and manipulated situations and it was kind of hard to deal with at the time."
"I want my kids to be kids," Cavallari added.
Cavallari also revealed in a recent interview with People magazine that the couple’s 3-year-old son Camden is very into his father’s football playing and repeatedly tackles his younger brother Jaxon.
