A driver traveled the wrong-way for about 10 miles on Interstate 90 before getting caught in the Northwest suburbs.

The Chicago Tribune reports the van traveled west on the eastbound lanes of I-90 from Nagle Avenue until Busse Road in Elk Grove Village around 4 a.m., according to State Police.

A state maintenance truck noticed the van and was able to pull it over by flashing its yellow lights, the Tribune reports.

State police believe the driver was drunk and charges are pending.
