Take a deep breath ladies.

The old Esquire Theater on Oak Street will soon house a Christian Louboutin store.

According to Crain's, a $42.5 million deal has been signed for the 35,000 square foot property that will house a Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steak House and several retail projects.

Louboutin -- famous for its red-soled pumps -- will encompass 1,000 square feet of the property, which is 80 percent leased, Crain's reports.

Tenants are expected to open stores as soon as December.
