Bulls' Derrick Rose Buys Trump Tower Condo

The three-bedroom, 3,102-square-foot space is located on the upper floors of the 92-story building

Derrick Rose is moving into Trump Tower.

The Bulls star bought a $2.8 million condo in the Trump International Hotel & Tower, 401 N. Wabash Ave., according to Crain's Chicago Business. The three-bedroom, 3,102-square-foot space is located on the upper floors of the 92-story building.

Rose told reporters Saturday he doesn't take the home purchase for granted and calls it an "unbelievable feeling." He plans to move from suburban Northbrook before the end of the season, Crain's reports.

County records obtained by the paper indicate he financed the deal with a mortgage from Northern Trust Co.

Rose will have some sports-centric friends in the tower. Blackhawks forward Patrick Kane and former Chicago Bears quarterback Rex Grossman also purchased units in the building.

Rose signed a five-year, $95 million contract extension with the Bulls in December.
