Two Pizza Deals Too Good to Pass Up

Frasca Pizzeria and Pizzeria Via Stato Deliver Pizza Offers You Can't Refuse

If there's one thing Chicagoans love (and, no, please don't say Da Bears), it's pizza. Heck, our city is kinda known for it. So, it's only fitting that two local restaurants are offering unique deals on our favorite dough-sauce-cheese combo this winter.

Celebrate National Pizza Week (yes, there is such a thing) at Frasca Pizzeria and Wine Bar in Lakeview. From Monday, Jan. 12 through Friday, Jan. 16, this charming, casual hangout is offering any two specialty pizzas for $14. Diners can choose from wood-fired faves like the rustica (prosciutto, smoked provolone, oven-dried tomatoes and basil pesto), caponata (tomato sauce, eggplant, goat cheese, red peppers, mushrooms and artichokes) and a build-your-own version with tomato sauce, grated provolone and mozzarella along with your choice of an array of toppings. The delicious deal is offered 4:30-10:30PM (11PM on Friday).

The crazy folks at River North's Pizzeria Via Stato are saying "Let it Snow." You might be too when you hear their offer: If the snow in the downtown area reaches two inches (and, really, when in January isn't it?), you can add a free pizza to your carryout order. The awesome offer is available starting Monday, Jan. 5 for lunch and dinner carryout orders, so get out your rulers.
