Publican Opens Retail Store
Publican Quality Meats opens doors Feb. 6th

Good news for meat eaters.
The minds behind Publican restaurant, a go-to spot in the city for the more adventurous carnivores, officially opened a retail store Monday.
Publican Quality Meats sets up shop at 835 W. Fulton Market, directly across the street from Paul Kahan's popular restaurant.
According to the Web site, the store will offer items like fresh-baked breads, olive oils, dairy, eggs and jams.
Plans are also in the works to add housemade sausages and charcuterie.
