Priscila Satkoff Inducted Into Chef's Hall of Fame

A who's who of Chicago's food scene hit the JW Marriot Hotel as the Chicago Culinary Museum inducted Priscila Satkoff into the 2011 Chefs Hall of Fame. Satkoff opened Salpicon! in 1995 and has been a pioneer in educating the American public on the true art form of Mexican cuisine. Satkoff is also host of the Food Network show "Melting Pot." Past inductees have included Charlie Trotter, Jimmy Bannos, Rick Bayless, Carrie Nahabedian and Art Smith. Photos courtesy Donna Binbek Photography.
