Grand Opening: Cantina 46

Moshpix: Dominic Gaziano struggled to make a go of Salute Wine Bar at 46 E. Superior. Cool date spot, but it wasn't paying in the bills in a neighborhood surrounded by several popular Italian food options. So he switched up concepts, brought in a new management team and on May 12 will unveil Cantina 46 -- a Mexican food joint led by chef Servando Camargo, who created the menu based on the food that he missed from his childhood. A VIP sneak peek Wednesday included tastings of the Baked Cedar Plank Halibut, Oven Roasted Chile Rellano and Baked Chicken Chicken Chilaquiles.
