There's a new player on the Chicago dining scene. Italiasia (350 West Mart Center Dr.) opened last week on the 15th floor of the Holiday Inn Chicago Mart Plaza atop the Chicago Sun-Times building. Chef Christopher Karl describes the menu as a "kaleidoscope of flavors from Italy and Pan Asia." The restaurant offers seating for 170 in addition to three semi private sections available for groups of 10 to 50 people.
