Grand Opening: Eduardo’s Enoteca Italian Restaurant

There's no shortage of Italian restaurants in the Gold Coast area, but the minds behind the newly-opened Eduardo’s Enoteca (1212 North Dearborn) feel there's always room for one more. The wine bar features Italian cuisine meant to share, such as hand-crafted pizzas, fresh hand-made pastas, salads, appetizers and a list of over 50 boutique wines from small vineyards. The owner and executive chef, Noah Himmel, is is a veteran of Edwardo’s Natural Pizza and is now putting his personal touch on this new spot.
