On the Today Show, E-Entertainment star Giuliana Rancic revealed she will undergo a double mastectomy to reduce her chance of getting a second breast cancer.

The name was chosen to represent the last initials of Giuliana and her team - the Rancics, New York chef Doug Psaltis and Jerrod, R.J. and Molly Melman.

While Psaltis created the menu for RPM Italian, Giuliana's mother, "Mama DePandi," will be a regular visitor in the kitchen, making her authentic Italian signature dishes.

The restaurant, previously Ben Pao, is set to have its grand opening next month.

Giuliana recently underwent a double mastectomy after previous lumpectomies failed to completely eradicate her breast cancer. The surgery was successful.
