Chicago Chefs Go Green

Rick Bayless' restaurants, Frontera and Topolobampo, are part of The Green Chicago Restaurant Co-op. Bayless intends for both to join the Guaranteed Green initiative, which promotes eco-friendly practices in restaurants.
