The Bears were out of the Super Bowl hunt a long time ago, so we're willing to bet that Chicago football fans are more excited about the game day parties than the actual game itself.

Sheffield's (3258 N. Sheffield Ave.) may be just the spot to enjoy Super Bowl XLIII. The North Side restaurant bar is throwing a  party from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m.

Here's the highlights -- Sheffield's is offering a family-style spread of game-day food, including homemade chili, wings, quarter slabs of ribs, sliders, and Sheffield's famous barbecue.

There's several big screen TVs so you won't miss a minute of the game -- unless you're too busy eating those wings.

What's the Super Bowl with out beer? Sheffield's if offering $3 and $4 specialty draft selections from a variety of microbreweries.

Tickets are $99 for a party of eight. Open seating is available, but reservations are strongly recommended and must be made by January 28.

For reservations or questions call (773) 281-4989.
