Eat Exactly What You Want

La Madia introduces "The Table," an ultra-personalized dining experience

For diners who find ordering off of a menu a sometimes less than fulfilling experience, La Madia's new dining concept, "The Table," is tailor-made for you. The idea of couture dining isn't exactly new, but in La Madia's contemporary pizzeria setting, a completely personalized menu becomes something everyone -- not just fervent foodies with wads of cash -- can enjoy.

La Madia chef/owner Jonathan Fox loves collaborating with his guests -- as the restaurant's monthly cooking classes and chef's tables attest. But with "The Table," Fox can give individual diners his complete attention, taking their tastes, preferences, allergies and the like into consideration before getting down to business in his kitchen creating a completely exclusive meal.

The process works like this: When making your reservation for "The Table," you'll answer a series of questions about your dining preferences, allowing chef Fox to gather the freshest ingredients available and use his culinary expertise to put together your very own menu from start to finish -- including wine pairings.

The fine print: Reservations for "The Table" must be made at least 72 hours in advance by calling Megan Kirkpatrick at 312-329-0400. Parties of two to four guests are accepted for dinner only. Pricing starts at $37 per person for a four-course tasting menu and $47 per person for a five-course tasting menu. Wine pairings are an additional $25 per person.
