Anthony Bourdain had a change of heart and decided to shoot an episode at Budacki's Drive In after all.
An up and down week for a small Ravenswood hot dog stand ended on a good note over the weekend.
Anthony Bourdain was scheduled to shoot a segment at Budacki's Drive In for his Travel Channel show "The Layover" on Saturday, but he abruptly canceled last week after the owners posted a sign advertising the event.
Bourdain complained that the crowd would not be indicative of a normal business day.
But Bourdain tweeted a picture of the restaurant Saturday saying he was there on a "Stealth shoot. In the show after all."
A restaurant employee said last week that they were never told not to advertise the shoot, so in light of the miscommunication, it appears the volatile and outspoken show host does indeed have a heart after all.
No word on when the episode is scheduled to air.
