Everyone loves free stuff, but there's a limit to how far you can test the good graces of the benefactor. Time Out Chicago recently conducted an experiment to see how many freebies you can partake in without pissing people off. As it turns out, there is a fine line.
That's why if you're looking for free stuff, it's best to do it under the guise of doing something else. Take Stretch Run Sporting Club and Grille's, upcoming free class on "How to Cook the Perfect Chicken Wing."
Wing expert Johnny Foster (credentials please) will lead the class, teaching everything from the history of wings, creating the perfect sauce and the best cooking technique.
But here's the best part -- free wings!
After class, you can play the ponies with by taking advantage of the off-track betting. But that's gonna cost you money.
