What would Julie and Julia eat? Well, if they were in Chicago and didn't feel like cooking, chances are they'd want to stop by Brasserie Jo (59 West Hubbard).

In celebration of the soon to be released feature film, the River North French restaurant is featuring recipes the iconic chef Julia Child made famous.

Brassiere JO's Chef/Proprietor J. Joho is honoring his good friend with menu items such as Baked Yogurt-Tart, Chilled Leek and Potato Soup, and Chicken á la Diable with Mustard and Herbs

The Joho & Julia menu will be offered from August 7 - 21. The restaurant will also play classic black and white footage of Julia Child every night on a large flat-screen television.

A new French draft beer, Brasserie Bokor Cuvée des Jacobins Rouge, will also be released just in time for the Julia Child specials.

Bon appetit!
