Grant Achatz and Nick Kokonas continue to break new ground in the culinary world.
As if launching the groundbreaking Next restaurant wasn't enough, the pair is now delving into the digital sphere with a soon-to-be-released digital cookbook customized for the iPad.
According to the Chicago Tribune, the $4.99 125-page iBook will be available exclusively on iTunes, and will include the recipes and how-to videos from the restaurant's Paris 1906 menu.
The book is expected to be available at the end of the month, with the Tour of Thailand version available in late October or early November.
Kokonas told the Tribune an iPhone and Android version may be released later.
