PHOTOS: Chicago's Fashion Night Out

The second-annual Fashion Night Out proved to be even bigger and better this year. The fashion-focused shopping event debuted last year as a way to encourage shoppers back into stores despite the economic downturn. We hit several downtown Chicago stores and captured the stylish scenesters taking advantage of the deals and checking out the special events during this one-night celebration of the fashion industry.
