LeeAnn Trotter shows you where to buy Kate Middleton's favorite shoes in Chicago.
There's been a slew of British fashion stores setting up shop in Chicago in the last few months -- Ted Baker, Karen Millen, Zara and soon-to-be-opened Topshop, to name a few.
And now, one more has slid its way into the city. Luxury British fashion house L.K. Bennett has opened its doors in the shops inside 900 North Michigan Avenue. The women's boutique, known for its collections of elegant women's shoes, handbags, ready-to-wear and accessories, is located on the third level of the luxury shopping mall.
The brand, which was originally known for its signature shoe collections, has garnered some famous followers over the years, including the Duchess of Cornwall, Kate Middleton and Kate Moss, who've all been spotted wearing the brand. The 900 North location is the first U.S. boutique for the British chain.
Inside the store, look for decor of a powdery pink backdrop framed by beige woodwork and accented with fifties-inspired Swedish furniture -- the perfect place for your man to pop a squat whilst you try on your new English-inspired wardrobe.
