The 2010 Taste of Chicago has come and gone, and all that was left Monday was clean up and digestion.
Sanitation crews began tidying up Grant Park right after the Taste closed Sunday night. All streets surrounding the park were ready for traffic again by Monday morning.
Attendance was down a bit from last year, but there was still a whole lot of eatin' going on. An estimated 2,650,000 people enjoyed more than 300 menu items from 53 food booths at the 30th anniversary festival, according to numbers released by the city.
