    Meet some new peeps tonight at The Joynt.

    ALL BUSINESS: Two professional networking companies have joined forces to create Meet Chicago Tonight, and the launch party goes down tonight at The Joynt, the first of regularly scheduled monthly events, each with a different theme. Tonight it's all about boutique spirits and mixology, so you know there'll be plenty of booze to go along with the apps and music by B.B. King's daughter, Shirley King. Mixology lessons, tastings and bartending lessons are also on tap. 6-9 p.m., 650 N Dearborn, $20

    DRINK UP: Tequila is dangerous territory for many, but tonight's "Tequila School" session at Fizz Bar & Grill is designed to take the mystery away. Expert Louis Cuesta offers instructional information about different types and qualities of tequila. Students can sample a variety of tequilas, and Cuesta will also demonstrate tequila-based cocktail recipes. 8 p.m., 3220 N. Lincoln Ave., $5

    MEET THE MEN: Meet the dudes vying for the One Man Chicago crown tonight, at the first of four Happy Hours. The 20 semifinalists will be on display at Jbar, all leading up to the big event on Sept. 2. 6-8 p.m., 610 N. Rush Street, NO COVER
