IN CHEF'S HANDS: Rub shoulders with an impressive collection of culinary minds tonight at an Old Town Social party for "In Chef's Hands, Food Therapy for the Soul" a new foodie-driven non-profit organization partially founded by chefs Rodelio Aglibot (Sunda) and Todd Stein (The Florentine). Admission includes cocktails and passed apps and charcuterie stations by Jared Van Camp. BEER DINNER: Lincoln Park's Café Ba-Ba-Reeba hosts a Craft Beer Dinner tonight feauturing featuring hand-crafted Goose Island Beer and a chance to meet the brewmaster. The brew will be paired with a five-course dinner with items such as Housemade Pancetta on Onion Toast, Mediterranean Mussels with Curry Scented Vegetables and Bacon and Almond Braised Pork Belly. 6 p.m., 2024 Halsted St., $35 per person, RSVP to (773)935-5000

TUESDAYS ON THE TERRACE: The Museum of Contemporary Art's popular summer series Tuesdays on the Terrace continues tonight with a performance by Tatsu Aoki's Miyuimi Project. Puck's Café offers a $23 buffet menu with cuisine from around the world, or buy hamburgers and hot dogs individually to go along with your wine and cocktails from the cash bar.
