    Tonight's party is inspired by HBO's "Boardwalk Empire."

    ON THE BOARDWALK: Take a trip back to Prohibition days -- without those pesky no-alcohol laws -- by hitting up Bloomingdales tonight for a party inspired by HBO's new series Boardwalk Empire. CS Magazine is hosting this soiree that includes complimentary manicures and shoeshines, a cigar lounge, and passed appetizers.     PARTY WITH THE STARS: It's the third Thursday of the month, which means it's time for Adler After Dark, the Planeterium's boozy bash set against the beautiful view of the Chicago skyline.
