Ho ho ho.

With the holidays comes some overindulging, and a lot of that took place the last couple of weeks as some celebs and athletes bellied up to the sports bars for some grub.

Kobe Bryant swung into Elate restaurant for a bite while in town to play the Bulls, and Fall Out Boy’s lead singer Patrick Stump (yes, there are people in that band besides Pete Wentz) dined at Japonais. Classy, boys.
But for the rest of the stars, it was all about simplicity. Bear’s Jay Cutler and Greg Olsen got some face time with one another when they dined at Bull and Bear Bar, and Jay kept it in the sports-bar-family by also checking out Rockit Bar and Grill for lunch. And speaking of athletes, Cubs legend Ryne Sandberg lunched at Harry Caray’s with his wife – the couple were in town for the holidays.
And no weekend is complete without a trip to The Underground, so never fear, we have a sighting for you. Jillian Harris made an appearance at the nightclub the other weekend for the Make-a-Wish benefit, where she listened to the sounds of DJ Eric Cubeechee. We don’t really know who that is, but she seemed to enjoy it. Wonder how that wedding planning is coming along, Jill
