Huge men. Everywhere.

Hulk Hogan was in town this week promoting his new book, “My Life Outside the Ring.” As if anyone cares. You know times are tough when wresters are scoring book deals. You may have also noticed that not many people noticed he was in town.

And on the less-gritty side of the gene pool was singer (and apparent heartthrob) Robin Thicke. The actor got Chicago women (and perhaps some men) all hot and bothered Wednesday during a live performance at Macy’s on State Street. That guy has some serious magical powers.

Also seen on the scene this past weekend was hardly-a-reality-"star" and former "Bachelor" contestant Shayne Lamas, who somehow inked a deal for her own E! reality show while nobody was looking. While we were busy trying to figure out how the hell that came to be, she was in town being a "celebrity" with a guest appearence at Enclave, where she judged a costume contest. Why is she famous again?

Then Kelly Clarkson proved she really doesn’t care what other people think at an intimate 5-song concert at Hub 51. We love Clarkson, but we feel like if she’s going to roll out of bed in the morning, least she could do is put on clothes that don’t resemble pajamas and put on a little lip gloss. Girl’s lookin’ a little homely these days.

But wait, there’s more. Looks like Hub was the place to be seen, because reality stars collided at Hub 51 as well. While Clarkson was on stage singing and downing shots of whiskey passed to her by a fan, things were getting juicy in the audience. Bachelorette Jillian Harris finally crossed paths with former Bachelorette Jen Schefft Waterman. The two met and chatted it up. Jillian was asking Jen for advice on dealing with life post-reality show and were nothing but besties to one another. Sorry people, if you were looking to read about a catfight, it's not your lucky day. It just didn't happen.
