Spice, Ice and Everything Nice

Learn to make cocktails at Nacional 27

Let's face it.  You're in a cocktailing rut.  The last time you had your friends over, you mixed up some gin and tonics, rum and cokes and fuzzy navels – what??  You've got to be more original than that if you want to impress the masses. Every third Thursday of the month, take a seat at Nacional 27 where master mixologist Adam Seger demonstrates how to prepare two custom cocktails with seasonal ingredients.  This Thursday, March 19, check out the ''Spice and Ice'' class where Seger will demonstrate the "Mango-Ginger-Habanero Daiquiri" and "The Chadwick Mojito,'' two cocktails which incorporate spices into cocktails such as ginger, habanero pepper and house-made seven spice mix, which includes fresh ground cinnamon, ground fennel, dried ginger, ground Szechuan peppercorns, ground cloves, ground star anise, ground cardamom.
The fee for the session is $20 per person (inclusive of tax and gratuity).  Visit n27chicago.com to reserve a spot in the class.  If you can't make it this week, consider an upcoming class:
