We may not have the Atlantic Ocean at our footsteps and 80-degree temperatures in March, but River North hotspot Nacional 27 and lifestyle Web site Style Chicago are teaming up to bring us "South Beach Style," a Miami-themed soiree replete with cocktails and wine, tapas and ceviches, an informal fashion show and mini spa services, on Thursday, March 26 from 6-9PM.
Nacional 27's sexy Latin-tinged atmosphere is the perfect setting for the Floridian festivities. The restaurant's renowned mixologist, Adam Seger, will mix up creative Skyy-infused cocktails for the occasion, including passion-ginger sangria, citrus cazuela, passion-colada mojito and a passion-ginger-habanero martini. Michael-David Winery will provide the popular 7 Heavenly Chards and 7 Deadly Zins varietals.
Catwalkers from Elite Model Management Chicago will show off new looks from Custo Barcelona and jewelry and accessories from Tous. Guests will also be treated to mini massages from Massage Envy and H20 Plus, while Roque Salon will be on hand offering eyelash extensions (you might want to put down that mojito first). And, to keep the Latin beat going, salsa instructor Karla Beltchenko will demonstrate hot dance moves.
