PHOTOS: The Roots Frontman Hits Chicago

Moshpix: Black Thought, lead rapper of The Roots, took some time out of his busy schedule -- which includes a Monday-Friday gig as the house band for The "Jimmy Fallon Show" -- to hit Chicago Friday for a show at The Mid. Black Thought has performed "The Live Mixtape" with acclaimed DJ J.Period all over the country, a mix of classic Roots tracks and various rhymes over classic hip hop beats.
