Well that didn't take long.

Hours after Groupon offered a deal for discounted North Coast Music Festival tickets, fans snatched them all up.

North Coast Festival officials claim it's the fastest selling Groupon ever, with 3,750 of the $45 three-day passes sold in nine hours.

The second annual festival is scheduled for Labor Day weekend in Union Park and features Chicago's Common, Wiz Khalifa, French producer and DJ David Guetta, and Swedish trip-hop band Little Dragon. The festival will announce additional artists on Saturday, with the full lineup coming May 31.

General admission tickets, including $40 daily passes and $95 three-day passes won't officially be available through the festival until Saturday, but ClubTix.net has already starting selling tickets.

The North Coast Festival had a successful debut last summer, and offers a electronica and DJ-focused musical lineup.
