Summer in Chicago is filled with street fests and outdoor activities, but no summer is complete without the annual event known as the Milwaukee Avenue Arts Festival.
From July 20-22, the streets of Logan Square will be transformed into a outdoor mecca of arts and entertainment.
More than 100 artists will be displaying their work and handmade goods, three stages of live music will be set up and there'll be a plethora of activities for kids and adults.
Belly up to the gourmet food trucks, sip some ice-cold sangria and take some photos you’ll probably regret in the photo booth.
The suggested donation is $5, or you can purchase a three-day festival band to get admission for the whole fest for only $10.
After all, summer is short. Live it up while it lasts.
