About Tonight: Where We'll Be

Sister cities fashion, Cuvee Lounge, @superfun

Since Chicago is all 2016 all the time this week, it's time to show the world what we've got -- from a nightlife perspective anyway. The IOC keeps it's eye on the bid cities' local media, so meet up with the About Last Night crew tonight, and put on your happy face for our video and still cameras. Of course, we'll publish the evidence Thursday morning. Here's the plan:

World Fashion Chicago
Perfect timing for this annual fashion show showcasing designs from Chicago's global sister cities? We think so. It all goes down at Millennium Park's Harris Rooftop Terrace (205 E. Randolph). Standing room only tickets are $25 and VIP tickets are $100. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.

Behind the Velvet Ropes
The World Fashion Chicago crowd is headed to Cuvee after the show, a newish River North lounge from the folks behind Enclave that caters to the late crowd. Tonight's the perfect opportunity to get inside and see what it's all about if partying past midnight during the week isn't your thing. It's located at 308 W. Erie, but the entrance is in the back alley -- as it should be for an after-hour spot. Dress to impress and don't roll with a pack of dudes. Trust us, just don't.

Super Fun Party
How can you go wrong with a name like that? A quiet underground party is building steam on the Wednesday night scene at J Bar, located in the James Hotel. It's called @superfun (although that's not their Twitter name), and attracts DJs such as Million $ Mano when he's in town. They promise a diverse crowd and a motto of putting the nightlife "power back in the hands of the kids who care." Sounds good to us. (Follow @superfunparty)
