About Last Night: Drop it Like it's Hot

It might have been cold and rainy outside last night, but indoors it was HOT.  Chicago's party set sizzled, and the About Last Night crew caught it all. We went, we saw and we have all the dirty details.

Adler After Dark
Adler Planetarium is one of the last places you'd think about getting your party on, but now that's changed with last night's launch of this monthly bash. Every third Thursday of the month, it's a straight up party, with a DJ, booze and all of the interactive exhibits to play around with. They're trying to lure the crowd that's too old to check it out on a field trip, but too young to be taking any kids. Last night was free, future events will be $10 for members.

Time Out Chicago Celebrates Sex
Time Out Chicago's annual sex issue is one of the most anticipated of the year. So much so that they held a bash in its honor at the very sexy Lumen nightclub. Akira put on a daring fashion show, and burlesque queen Michelle L'Amour kept the sexy theme going. If you couldn't find someone "special" at this party, it's time to check your game, player.

Cuckoo for CuCu
Sultry singer CuCu Diamantes hit Rumba last night. The Cuban performer has been nominated for a Latin Grammy and is currently touring in support of her latest CD, "Welcome to CucuLand." Judging by the reaction of last night's packed crowd, CucuLand is a lovely place.
