Who says you have to wait until Halloween to don your creepy makeup and wander from bar to bar? Unless this is what your typical Saturday night is like, mark your calendars now for Saturday, April 25 for the 2nd annual Zombie Pub Crawl.
Hosted by pH Productions, last year's inaugural crawl saw 400 zombie/humans wandering the streets of Andersonville, stopping to sip drinks at Simon's, Hamburger Mary's and Charlie's Ale House. This year's crawl will visit the same three spots, as well as three additional bars what are yet to be announced.
So make like a 'Thriller' extra and get your freaky rags and makeup on, and join the undead fun from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. If you don't know how to make yourself into a zombie, check out the official Zombie Pub Crawl web site for makeup tips (create grody, fake scars with bubblegum – who knew?) and costume ideas.
Pre-register for $15, or register the day of the crawl for $20. The price includes a T-shirt, zombie makeup kit, two free tickets to any pH show and a mug you can tote along to each bar. The cost of drinks is separate; drink specials and deals will be worked out in advance.
Depending on how the Zombie Pub Crawl and Snuggie Pub Crawl on April 18 go, may we suggest a "Zombies in Snuggies" Pub Crawl for next year? Extra creepy!
