MANHATTANS: Mix master Brandon Starck shows you how to shake it like a pro at a martini dinner tonight at Saloon Steakhouse. The five-course feast will feature such dishes as candied bacon and citrus-glazed pork belly with bing cherry compote served with a sweet Manhattan, which you'll learn how to make, so go easy on the sauce. 7 p.m., $55
