Dior reps will be on hand to offer complimentary sampling from their professional make-up artists. 6-9 p.m., 140 East Walton Place, RSVP mandatory

FREE FLICKS: The Chicago International Film Festival will be screening movies at the Chicago Cultural Center all summer long, starting tonight through Sept. 24. The program spotlights a film representing a different country's national cinema every Wednesday evening and select Saturday afternoons for 21 consecutive weeks. Special guest speakers will lead post-screening discussions at select screenings. 6:30 pm, Claudia Cassidy Theater (78 E. Washington St)
