    DRAFT MADNESS: Public House offers a unique take on March Madness with its "Draft Madness 2011." Sixty-four beers will be paired with 64 tournament teams, and as each team moves on, the price of their corresponding beer goes down. Which means if Pabst is paired with Ohio State, it may be free by the time it's all said and done. Draft hosts at tonight's kickoff event include Jarret Payton and reality bachelor Ed Swiderski. The $10 entry fee benefits Chicago Public Schools alumni. 5-8 p.m., 400 N. State St
