    WELL READ: The Whistler hosts a monthly themed book club that you shouldn't have any problem supporting. The monthly cocktail party is based on a classic drink recipe book, and tonight, head bartender Paul McGee presents a menu of 11 cocktails from "Rogue Cocktails," a now-defunct guide of unique and unusual recipes. 6 p.m.-2 a.m., 2421 N.     MIX WITH MEN: Mingle with some of the city's most successful men tonight at the DIVO Series, a monthly networking event at the House of Blues Foundation Room.     WING DING: Jake Melnick’s Corner Tap (41 East Superior St) was the big winner at Chicago WingFest a couple weekends ago, winning Best of Show, Best Hot Wing and Best Exotic Wing.
