    HOLY COW! At exactly 5:55 pm CST tonight, Cubs fans will raise a Budweiser in the 13th Annual Worldwide Toast to Harry Caray and a special tribute to Ron Santo. The toast always occurs on the late Cubs broadcaster's birthday, and fans in more than 100 countries around the world are expected to participated. The place to be is Harry’s Bar (33 W. Kinzie St.) where Chicago royalty like Ernie "Mr. Cub" Banks, Dutchie Caray, Tom Ricketts, Richard Dent and Ron Kittle will be in the house.

    DANCE ON: New River North hotspot Public House (400 N State) hosts the kickoff party tonight for the 6th Annual Dancing With Chicago Celebrities event, scheduled for March 11. A $10 donation at the door gets you a complimentary cocktail and passed appetizers. The event is hosted by Brotha’ Fred from KISS FM and includes a number of raffle prizes including the Whole Hog dinner from Lillie’s Q.

    HOOTENANY: Links Hall promises the most provocative party you can catch for $30 at The Red Canary tonight. The "Night of Hot Winter Ballyhoo!" party includes a three-hour open bar, complimentary hors d'oeuvres and all the burlesque, dance, music, performance art, voguing, drag, cheerleading and contortion you can handle. 6:30 p.m., 695 N.
