The classic black cape, frightening dementors and magical wands is just some of the Harry Potter memorabilia you'll be able to see in a new traveling exhibition set to make its worldwide debut in Chicago in April.

Tickets are now on sale for the grand opening of Harry Potter: The Exhibition at the Museum of Science and Industry.

Officials say the exhibition will include elaborate displays and environments featured in the films, such as those from the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizadry, including the Griffindor common room and Hagrid's Hut.

On Thursday, hundreds of kids gathered at the museum for the big announcement and screamed in delight at the news. Some lucky fans also got autographs and signed memorabilia from the Harry Potter Weasley twins.

Harry Potter: The Exhibition will run from April 30, 2009 through September 7.

Tickets are available exclusively online at www.msichicago.org.
