MyWrigleyville.com, a social networking site that launched this month, encompasses all things Wrigleyville for people living in or visiting this happening 'hood (population: 30,000 -- all wearing Cubs jerseys). And, of course, this means a healthy dose of the area's namesake and most visible neighbor -- Wrigley Field and those lovable Cubbies.

This user-generated site allows visitors to find events, share photos and posts and interact with each other. Wrigleyville business owners can post details about their venue, for example, while inhabitants of the area or people looking to visit can find up-to-date info and ideas. Some of the site's features include "Split the Bill," offering half-price dinner certificates at Wrigleyville restaurants; "Wrigley TV," webisodes documenting life in the 'hood; game-day information when the Cubs are in town; directories of local restaurants, bars and rooftops; and an e-commerce section with Cubs merch and more.

MyWrigleyville.com users can create member profiles, which allow them to upload Wrigleyville photos and submit articles for online publishing consideration. Recent posts include "Cubbie Curses" (philosophical!), "Ode to Game Day Excitement" (fan boy central!) and "From Local and Intimate to Touristy and Crazy - A Wrigleyville Bar Crawl" (helpful!).
