Sushi Rice preparation
1 cup Tamaki Gold rice
1 cup water
Cook the rice then mix 1/4 cup of rice vinegar with cooked rice
Spicy tuna preperation
(1 lb) fresh chopped tuna
(2 ts) tobiko
(2 ts) thinly sliced green onions
(as desired) Seaseme Chilli Oil, Chirashi Hot sauce
