I just discovered a recipe for one of Bobak's bakery bobkas-- it is called a PRUNE CROISSANT LOAf> It sounds "egh" but is absolutely delicious (it's the dough that counts).

Now here's the rub: I called them twice, left a note with the "customer service desk", and spoke with an employee, regarding this recipe (something with high gluten flour, eggs, yeast, warm milk, etc.). They have so far, refused to reply. Can you get them to divulge the recipe, if not for me, for Channel 5?! Thanks and good luck getting it!
