Spring into Summer Shape

Want to develop a great core by summer? It’s possible!

Here’s two exercises from Sergio Rojas to get you on your way.

Exercise One:
     3D Lunge Matrix

Safety Tips for the 3D Lunge Matrix:
   **Make sure your knee does not pass your toes.
   **As you lunge, drop your butt or back knee down and you will get more out of the lunge.
   **Give yourself plenty of space for this exercise.


Exercise Two:
     Strength and Conditioning Circuit:

Grab a medicine ball, some resistance tubing and a stability ball.
Follow Sergio's example in the video below. Do 15-20 reps of each circuit with no more than 15 seconds of rest between the four circuits. You will want to repeat each exercise 2-3 times depending on your level of conditioning.
