Campbell Questioning: Naomi Campbell is wanted for questioning after allegedly attacking her driver, the Associated Press reports. Police say the 39-year-old slapped and punched her driver in New York City around 3 p.m. yesterday afternoon. "There shouldn't be a rush to judgment. Naomi will cooperate voluntarily, and there is more to the story than meets the eye," a spokesperson for the supermodel said. It's hard not to considering this isn't the first accusation of violence against her. In 2006, Campbell was arrested for hitting her housekeeper. In 2008, she was sentenced to 200 hours of community service for assaulting two police officers in a London airport.

Family Fight?: Lawyers for Katherine Jackson say reports claiming Jermaine Jackson's 13-year-old son Jaafar tried to harm Michael Jackson's son Blanket with a stun gun are completely not true, People reports. The L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services did visit the Jackson's home but they say it was really about nothing. "Blanket Jackson never saw or heard the stun gun," her attorney said in a statement. DCFS did not comment.

Sentencing Savior: Lil Wayne once again avoided sentencing yesterday for a weapons charge because of a fire broke out in the courthouse. But officials tell TMZ the rapper will be sentenced today. This was the second time his sentencing was postponed. It was supposed to happen last month but he got a delay so he could have dental work done on his grill.

Oscar Ban: And Oscar officials ban "Hurt Locker" co-producer Nicolas Chartier from attending the 82nd Academy Awards because of a note he sent to friends and peers in the Academy asking them to vote for his film. Officials say that violates campaigning standards.
