Letterman's Luck: Late night host David Letterman avoided a long, potentially messy trial as his former producer pleaded guilty to attempted grand larceny in Manhattan yesterday. Robert "Joe" Halderman was sentenced to six months in prison for trying to blackmail Letterman into giving him $2 million in exchange for keeping quiet about Letterman's affair with a staff member. In addition to jail time, Halderman received five years probation and 1,000 hours of community service. He originally pleaded not guilty to the charges but decided to accept a plea bargain.

Lohan's Likeness?: Lindsay Lohan wants $100 million from E*TRADE because she says the "milkaholic" baby named Lindsay in its Super Bowl ad was made in her likeness. Lohan filed a lawsuit yesterday, according to the New York Post. Her lawyers told TMZ it doesn't matter that they didn't use her last name. "Do you know Oprah? Do you know the name Madonna? Same thing," her attorney said.

Miami Bound: There's even more confirmation out this morning that "Jersey Shore: Season 2" will be shot in Miami. The Miami Herald reports that its a done deal and filming should get underway in about two weeks.

Surgery Spoof: For some reason Ron Howard decided to team up with Heidi Montag for a new video on FunnyorDie. In it, Montag makes fun or herself for all her plastic surgeries. She even takes a stab at her husband, which wasn't hard to do.

Hot Shot: And if "The Bounty Hunter" co-stars Jennifer Aniston and Gerard Butler aren't a couple, they should be! Check out the new cover of W Magazine.
