Behind Bars: In her best performance yet, a sobbing Lindsay Lohan pleaded in an L.A. County courtroom not to get jail time, but the judge didn't buy it. Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel sentenced Lohan to 90 days in jail and another 90 in rehab within two days of being sprung from the slammer. "I couldn't have been more clear [about my orders]," Revel said. "There are no excuses." But excuses are exactly what Lohan tried to give, saying she didn't know she was violating her probation in a DUI case by missing weekly alcohol-ed classes. Funny considering anyone who reads any entertainment web site knew she was. "I did everything I was told to do, I thought I was being compliant," the 24-year-old actress said. "I'm not taking this as a joke, it's my life and career. I don't want  you to think I don't respect you and your terms." Lohan must surrender to the court on July 20 to begin her sentence in the same place she previously served just 84 minutes of a 24-hour sentence about three years ago, People reports. She'll probably again only serve a fraction of the time because of the L.A. Sheriff's policy of releasing non-violent offenders early due to overcrowding. She was also forbidden from consuming any alcohol until the end of her probation period in August of 2011.

'Real' Rescue: It was a scary July 4th for one housewife. Alexis Bellino from "The Real Housewives of Orange County" left her stroller unattended, with two toddlers inside, at The Balboa Bay Club in Newport Beach, California and it rolled into the pool. Witnesses tell TMZ Alexis and husband Jim were off "doing something" when the stroller toppled in. Club security officers say a lifeguard jumped in and pulled the stroller out with one child still in it. Jim saved the other. Of course, the Bellinos are telling a little bit of a different story saying "no lifeguard was needed or involved."

Feeling Better: Dean McDermott is back home with wife Tori Spelling and their two kids after a dirt bike crash that landed him in the hospital, his rep tells UsMagazine.com. The 43-year-old was hospitalized for a week with a punctured and collapsed lung. "I'm healing, slowly I'll be doing rehab for awhile I messed a few things up when I crashed," he posted on his Twitter account.

Coming Clean: Kendra Wilkinson appeared on the "Today" show Tuesday to talk about her new book, "Sliding Into Home," where she talks about everything from her teenage battle with meth to sex with Hef. Wilkinson said she started using drugs at 13 and secretly became a stripper before moving into the Playboy mansion at 18, The Huffington Post reports. "Going into it I was 18 years old, a very free spirit, but right when I got there I didn't really know what was going on," she said. The book came out in late June.

Alaska Apology: Levi Johnston says he's sorry for anything bad he said about his baby's mother, Bristol Palin, and her famous family. "Last year, after Bristol and I broke up, I was unhappy and a little angry. Unfortunately, against my better judgment, I publicly said things about the Palins that were not completely true," Johnston exclusively tells People. "I have already privately apologized to Todd and Sarah. Since my statements were so public, I owe it to the Palins to publicly apologize." You may remember he accused Sarah Palin of complaining about her job as Alaska governor, and even claimed her and husband Todd were considering a divorce. Levi and Bristol recently reconciled their difference to co-parent son, Tripp, in peace!
