Behind Bars: Two weeks...that's the amount of time Lindsay Lohan will serve of her 90-day sentence, that is, if she behaves herself. "She is scheduled to be released on either Aug. 1 or 2 for overcrowding issues and good behavior," L.A. Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore tells People. The 24-year-old troubled actress turned herself in Tuesday. After a brief court hearing, she was handcuffed and taken to the jail, where they snapped a new mug shot of her. TMZ got its hands on her booking sheet, which says she is 5'6" and 118 pounds.  Insiders say she'll spend her days in a 12-by-8 foot cell next to E! reality TV star Alexis Neiers who's serving a six-month sentence for her part in burglarizing Orlando Bloom's house. Lohan received the sentence for violating probation in her 2007 DUI case. Once released, she must spend 90 days in rehab.

Murder Allegations: Mel Gibson's ex says the actor threatened to kill their baby girl, her, her son and even himself during a brawl the two had, RadarOnline.com exclusively reports. Oksana Grigorieva told police Gibson said all those things to her on January 6, the crucial date in the domestic violence investigation against him and in the former couple's custody battle. And Grigorieva says this all started because she attended her 12-year-old son's basketball game and Gibson was furious she left their daughter, Lucia, home with a nanny and jealous that she was around other men.

Stalking Suspect: Jennifer Aniston can breathe a sigh of relief after the arrest of a man accused of stalking the former "Friends" star. Police apprehended Jason Peyton last week after he was allegedly spotted hanging out around a place she frequents, while packing a sharp object, a bad and a roll of duct tape. Well TMZ has learned this isn't Peyton's first prowl. In 2008, he was taken into custody for stalking a female neighbor. He's now being held on a mandatory psychiatric hold. Once released, he has to stay at least 100 yards away from everything and everyone associated with Aniston.

Making the Move: Jesse James wins in his custody battle with ex-wife Janine Lindemulder. A judge ruled Tuesday that James can move their 6-year-old daughter, Sunny, to Texas to a home near his other ex, Sandra Bullock. According to People, Lindemulder wailed when the judge made the ruling. James said in court that the move was for business purposes, but he was quoted in an online interview saying its also so his three kids can maintain their close relationships with Bullock.

Done Deal?: So I was right. It's not that Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston don't want to land a reality TV show, they just haven't yet been offered a full one like they want. "They want a commitment for an entire series, but right now, there's only been interest in testing this out as a pilot, " a source close to the couple tells People. Palin and Johnston, who have a 18-month-old son, Tripp, recently got back together and plan to get married after breaking up an earlier engagement in March 2009.

With Child: Actress Ali Larter is expecting! Larter and husband, Hayes MacArthur, will have their first bundle of joy in the winter, her rep exclusively tells People. The couple got married last August.
