Serious Surgery: Barbara Walters had her own hot topic to talk about on "The View" Monday. Walters revealed that she's about to undergo heart surgery. "Later this week, I'm going to have surgery to replace one faulty heart valve," Walters said. She had just broke the news to her co-hosts that morning. She also said she'll take the summer off to recover, which means we can probably expect another round of strange replacements in the coming months.

Party Princess: She's 88, but that's not stopping her. Eyewitnesses tell Life & Style that former "Golden Girl" Betty White went to the "Saturday Night Live" after-party following her hosting gig, and partied until 3 a.m. She then got up for a 6:30 a.m. flight the following morning. And her amazing ratings have another offer being thrown her way. "Dancing With the Stars" wants White to grace the floor next season, sources tell Popeater. Betty hasn't agreed to anything yet, but is said to be worried she wouldn't have the stamina to keep up with the younger contestants. Her after-party hours seem to prove otherwise! Another note: a new Facebook movement is underway to get White to host the Oscars.

Sad Season 3: Season 2 isn't even wrapped up yet, but there's already news that the third season of "Jersey Shore" just won't be the same. Perez Hilton reports that MTV casting directors are looking for an entirely new cast for Season 3. That likely has something to do with the $10,000 an episode Snooki, The Situation and the gang managed to get for their second season.

Gibson Gab: Mel Gibson's former flame, Oksana Grigorieva, continues to talk about the couple's recent break-up, now dropping news that he may have been cheating on his ex-wife. Grigorieva tells Daily Mail her and Mel dated for three years, which means it started long before the staunch Catholic's legal split from wife Robyn.

Quiet Goodbye: Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren are close to striking an agreement on child custody and will then quickly and quietly file for divorce, TMZ has learned. The two really want to keep the details of their agreement quiet, so they are considering filing the papers in Sweden.

Tonight's 2 to TiVo:

"American Idol" - 7:00pm on Fox: The top 4 contestants perform songs from movies with help from Jamie Foxx.

"9 by Design" - 9:00pm on Bravo: Tonight Courtney asks for more money at work, and by the look of the previews, it doesn't go well.
