Family Expansion: Singer Celine Dion's dream has come true. The 42-year-old is about 14 weeks along in her pregnancy to twins. "Celine is just hoping for a healthy pregnancy. She was hoping for one baby and the news that we are having two is a double blessing," her husband/manager Rene Angelil tells People. Dion got pregnant after her sixth in-vitro fertilization attempt and by using acupuncture to improver her chances, her rep says. She does plan to find out the genders of the babies next month.

Culture Critics: Some 'Sex and the City' alums are defending the sequel against critics who call it disrespectful of the Islamic culture. I haven't seen the movie yet, so I don't know exactly what happens that critics are so upset about, but it seems like a lot of it centers around Kim Cattrall's character, Samantha. One part of the storyline has her kissing a man in public, which is frowned upon in some parts of the Middle East. Cynthia Nixon, who plays Miranda, admits Samantha behaves badly, but says it keeps with her character's personality. "Samantha is disrespectful, but Samantha is disrespectful in New York and she is disrespectful in the Middle East and she just really doesn't care, " Nixon tells the Hollywood Reporter. The movie's director, Michael Patrick King, adds that Samantha Jones is simply an unapologetic individual.

Under the Influence: Sarah Ferguson says she was drinking when she was caught on tape accepting $40,000 in exchange for business access to her ex-husband, Prince Andrew. "I haven't faced the devil in the face because I was in the gutter at the moment. So, I am aware of the fact that I've been drinking, you know, that I was not in my right place," Ferguson tells Oprah Winfrey. Winfrey's interview with the 50-year-old Duchess of York airs today on "The Oprah Winfrey Show."

Lying Lady: Don't believe anything she says! Lady Gaga says she lies all the time about things like her diet, love life and other matters to protect her personal relationships. "The discrepancy between private and public life: I believe as an artist, being private in public is at the core of the aesthetic, the message. However, I profusely lie about my personal relationships in an effort to protect that aesthetic and that message, " she told ShowStudio.com.

Spicy Comeback?: The Spice Girls seem to want to go for comeback number two, but one needs more convincing. All the band members except for Victoria Beckham have agreed to the comeback tour, Britian's Daily Mirror reports. The group returned to the stage to sold-out shows in 2007 and 2008. After that Beckham swore she was hanging up her mic for good to concentrate on fashion. "They are desperate to get Posh on board, but that is the sticking point," sources say.
